The bigger picture

For over 15 years, I've worked across creative projects, marketing, events, sport and community.

But I've always been interested in more than simply making something happen.

I care about the experience. How people feel. What helps us connect, build confidence, explore possibilities and feel capable of taking that next step.

Life has a way of changing the lens.

I've always loved movement, sport, nature, exploring and connection.

Some of my biggest lessons have come through harder seasons. They've made me slow down, question things and look at life differently with a focus on my energy, beliefs, wellbeing, what matters and how easily we can lose connection with ourselves when we're busy getting through everything else.

They've also made me curious about what helps us find our way back.

Coming back to ourselves

Movement. Nature. Calm. Creativity. Connection. Perspective. Space. Joy.

They're not more things to add to the to-do list.

They're little ways of coming back to ourselves. Helping us feel more present, grounded and alive in whatever season we're in.

I don't really see life and work as separate worlds.

A trail can make me think about belonging and first steps. An event can make me notice how we welcome people in. A photograph can change how I see an ordinary moment. A conversation can spark an entirely new idea.

Those observations find their way into my work.
